This role is focused on driving sales within the corporate, government, and TMC sectors, with a strong emphasis on both new business acquisition and client retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar hotel sales role, with a proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in key segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and TMC clients.
• Drive business into Cape Town-based hotels and cross-sell across sister properties in South Africa.
• Strong understanding of the hotel industry and B2B sales dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Innovative, adaptable, and focused on delivering results under pressure.
