• 5+ years of hotel sales experience, including leadership within an international hotel brand.
• Proven success in luxury resort sales across Leisure, MICE, Wholesale, Corporate, and Transient segments.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian hospitality market and key European feeder markets.
• Experience with leading global hotel brands is preferred.
• A track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
